The new Mimaki JV5 continues to raise the bar on solvent printing. The redesigned head technology increases print speeds and image quality. 430 square feet per hour can be achieved while printing high quality images at an impressive 540x1080 dpi.

Building upon strength and durability, Mimaki continues to produce even more reliable equipment for un-attended operation. Mimaki has added an automatic head height feature with clearance up to 7mm, as well as automatic nozzle-out detection to save on media and ink costs.

The Mimaki JV5 will support 4 or 6 color printing. With the addition of dual 440ml ink cartridges, the JV5 can automatically switch cartridges during a print, allowing the user more print time and less down time.
